Time is a circle,
Not a line.

In the fight
Against the
Black Snake,
We would do well
To remember this.

Occupy taught us
The importance
Of priorities.

A camp cannot
Be all things
To all people.

Black Lives Matter
Taught us the
Power of controlling
Our own narratives.

The system is
Rotten to its core,
And there are
Far better
Games in town.

Palestine
Taught us
That no number of
Dead bodies
Can block out
The Sun.

South Africa
Taught us
That hatred
Can be turned
To stability,
If we are brave
Beyond measure.

Vietnam
Taught us
That the youth
Are the only
Ones who can
Lead us.

Stonewall
Taught us
That picking
Up that first
Brick is the
Best thing
We can do.

Time, friends,
Is a circle.

Let us thread
It with hope
And faith,

A dreamcatcher
For our future.
